How we set up

Here is what arrives at your event, so nothing on the day is a surprise.

  • The trailerOur kitchen on wheels, with the ovens inside. It needs a flat space about the size of a car park.
  • A gazeboWe put up a gazebo in front of the trailer, with a table where we serve your guests.
  • Portable ovensFor a Private Pizza Chef, we leave the trailer behind and set up portable ovens on your deck or lawn.
  • In and outWe set up before your guests arrive and pack everything away after.

What does the price include?

All-you-can-eat pizza from the full menu for the length of your package, a Nutella calzone for dessert, our pizza chefs and ovens, plates and napkins, set up, pack down and travel within 25 km of Queenstown.

Can we taste it first?

Yes. Come to Yum Hub on Shotover Street and try a couple of pizzas on us before you book.

What do we need to provide?

A flat, open spot about the size of a car park for the trailer and gazebo, or a deck or lawn for the portable ovens. Tables and chairs for your guests come from you or your venue.

Does our venue allow outside caterers?

Some Queenstown venues only use their own kitchen. Tell us the venue and we will check before you pay anything.

Can you cater for dietary needs?

Three of our seven pizzas are vegetarian. Tell us about any other dietary needs in the form and we will let you know what we can do.

What if we are further than 25 km away?

We still come. Travel beyond 25 km of Queenstown is added to your quote.

Is it cheaper midweek?

Yes. Weddings and private events from Monday to Thursday get 10% off. Choose Monday to Thursday when you build your package, or enter your date in the form, and the discount comes off your price. It adds to the 10% for booking both wedding packages.

How do we hold the date?

A 30% deposit holds your date. Final numbers and the balance are due seven days before.
